Shipping policy
Shipping varies depending on the weight of your order. Please head to checkout for your shipping calculation.
All orders will be processed within one to three working days and orders with standard shipping will be posted via Royal Mail 2nd Class or International Standard delivery.
The shipping cost only covers handling and packaging fees. With the exception of the US, international shipping charges do not include the destination country’s duty, tax or customs fees. These will be assessed when the order reaches your country's customs office. Contact your local customs office for more information.
Please note that from 1 July 2021, customers in EU countries will be charged VAT (17-21%) on delivery.
Return and exchange policy
If you change your mind about your purchase, please email us at jen@wildlines.art to arrange an exchange or refund. When we receive your returned item undamaged and in its original packaging, we will arrange a refund or exchange. You will be responsible for paying postage for returning the item.
If a product arrives damaged or you are otherwise dissatisfied with your order, please email me at jen@wildlines.art to arrange an exchange or refund. When I receive your returned item in its original packaging, I will arrange a full refund or exchange the product. If you opt for an exchange, the exchanged item will be shipped free of charge.
