Frequently Asked Questions

Where are your products made?

Our greeting cards, art prints and colouring books are all designed and made in the UK. We are very environmentally conscious and create all products as sustainably as possible.

Who designs the products at Wild Lines?

All products at Wild Lines are designed by our founder, Jen Parker. She creates each piece by hand using artists' pens on paper, occasionally adding watercolour and digital finishes. We do not use AI in our design process.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards, PayPal and Apple Pay.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely happy with your order and accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition. Please contact us for return instructions.

Do you take custom orders?

Yes, we accept custom orders for wildlife art and pet portraits, depending on Jen's availability. Please email jen@wildlines.art to discuss your requirements.

Does Wild Lines ship internationally?

Yes, Wild Lines ships orders to many countries worldwide, including the EU, USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

What is the dispatch time for Wild Lines orders?

Orders are dispatched within three working days. UK-based customers can upgrade to Express Shipping at checkout for First Class postage if they need their products quickly.

How are your cards packaged?

To keep our environmental footprint to a minimum, our greeting cards are sent 'naked' to UK addresses. The envelopes are tucked inside the cards and packed in recyclable board-backed postal envelopes for protection. For international orders, cards are packed in compostable sleeves.
