  • Conservation story

Poison dart frogs are some of the most toxic animals on the planet; I just read that the golden dart frog contains enough poison to kill 10 adult men. Wowza. Do not eat one of those guys.

This is a dyeing poison dart frog. The species isn’t listed as endangered but many other dart frogs are in serious trouble. They are all facing risks from deforestation and climate change.

To conserve these beautiful, deadly little frogs, we need to protect the Amazon. I realise that’s no small task, but if we all make some small changes, we can make a difference. A great place to start is switching to paper products and loo roll certified by the Rainforest Alliance.
