A high quality, signed A4 print of my mountain chicken frog pen drawing, ready to be framed and hung in the perfect spot in your home.
For every Endangered print sold, a tree will be planted in the Albertine Rift forests of Uganda as part of a wildlife habitat restoration project in partnership with the Jane Goodall Institute.
Having survived Montserrat's volcanic eruptions, introduction of the deadly chytrid fungus to the island caused the country's iconic frog, the mountain chicken, to decline at the fastest rate of any species ever recorded.
Now, the Mountain Chicken Recovery Programme, in partnership with Montserrat's Department of Environment, is spearheading an innovative semi-wild reintroduction on the island. In the first attempt of its kind, the team is using heat to give mountain chickens an advantage over the nasty fungus, helping them to survive alongside the fungus and hopefully, in time, develop resistance against the disease and thrive once again in Montserrat's forests.
This listing is for the print only; it does not include a mount or frame.
Your print will be protected by a sheet of greyboard and packaged in compostable film.
